Birmingham & Solihull RFC Mini/Midi Rugby Festival 2011
The B&S Mini Festival is being held this Sunday at Foreshaw Heath Lane, Portway, West Midlands, B94 5LH and the matches are due to start promptly at 11.00am.
Festival Organizaers have asked for the following to be noted :-
> The clubhouse will be open for tea/coffee from 9.45am and refreshments will be available throughout the day.
> Some changing rooms should be available.
> For each car there will be a £5.00 entrance fee for the Festival per car or £2 per person if walking (including programme)
> Co-operation with the parking marshals is essential as we have to maintain access routes for emergency vehicles.
> Birmingham & Solihull RC can take no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during the day so please notify all competitors and visitors not to bring unnecessary valuables and belongings.
Directions
• Leave the M42 at Junction 3
• At this Junction take the A435 towards Redditch
• Only a few yards after you join the A435 you should see a layby and then immediately a small exit left signed for “Birmingham Rugby Club” – this is Foreshaw Heath Lane
• Follow the lane past one house on the right and our drive is the next entrance on your right
