Notice of Skipton RFC AGM

The annual general meeting of Skipton Rugby Football club will be held at Skipton RFC on Monday 11th July 2016 at 7pm prompt.

The agenda will include the receipt and review of reports, including accounts. As well as the election of officials for 2016/17.

1 - To read the notice convening the meeting
2 - Apologies for absence.
3 - To approve the minutes for 2015 AGM.
4 - Matters arising from the minutes.
5 - Treasurers report, including the annual statement of account for year ending 31st May 2016.
6 - Set subscriptions for 2016/17.
7 - Reports from and questions to other elected officials.
8 - Election of officials for 2016/17.
9 - Any other business.
