The first game was against Boston and this was an end to end encounter but resulted in a 1:2 defeat. Next up was Lincoln and all looked good as Sleaford played well as team and moved the ball around well and finished the game 2:0 winners. That was probably the end of the game as it all fell apart after that with the team becoming disjointed and didn't appear to be at the races. A few chances were created and when it was easier to score a miss ensued.
The final 4 games saw two 0:0 draws against Alford "A" and Spalding Tigers and then defeats to Alford "B" 0:1 and Louth 0:5.

Hopefully a better all round team performance will be forthcoming at the next round in March.
