Gareth Thomas joins award-winning sports journalist Michael Calvin to look back on a career that saw him become Welsh rugby union's most capped player, with 100 appearances between 1995 and 2007, as well as one of the top international try scorers of all time, with 40 for his country. He also played for the British and Irish Lions, Cardiff and Toulouse, before switching to rugby league in 2010. Since retiring he has moved into a career in the media and comes to Henley shortly after the publication of his autobiography, Proud.
