Membership 2011-12

Every member is required to:

i) Fill in a membership form at the start of the season.

ii) Pay membership subscriptions by 30th Sept or for those choosing to pay monthly, to have actioned a monthly standing order by 30th Sept.

The membership form covers various important areas such as insurance, emergency contacts, health information. All information provided is held confidentially and only used for agreed club purposes by relevant officials. Information is not shared outside the club.
Members are reminded that the appropriate use of safety equipment is recommended. Shin pads and gum shields are recommended as an absolute minimum together with full goalkeeping protection for keepers. Additionally, players may wish to consider face masks (as allowed for short corners) and protective gloves. Members who play without adequate protection do so at their own risk and Slough HC will not be held liable for any injuries.

Insurance: The club insurance only covers Slough HC officials and volunteers for civil liability and employers liability.
Members are encouraged to ensure they have reviewed and taken out their own sports injury and personal accident insurance as they see fit.
