Club Subs - Name & Shame update 19th Feb
All members are required to have paid up in full or made regular payment arrangements by 30th Sept 2011. Whilst 82% of members have conformed.........
......... 18% of members have not or if they have made an arrangment, that information has failed to reach the club treasurer.
Captains are aware of all the individuals and will be chasing you individually. On 8th Feb 2012, a list of those who are still in default was to be published - a public "name and shame". The objective is to get everything paid up without having to name and shame anyone.
Captains have been reaching out to all involved to resolve matters before we have to start naming and shaming people - many who owed money have paid and some have promised paymenst but due to games called off have not been able to get the money to captains or treasurer. We will be reviewing all outstanding subs after Saturday's games and providing an update. Those of you who have not paid will know your status so please don't wait for your captain to ask but get your subs sorted. It is each players responsibility to ensure they are paid up or have agreed an arrangement that has been approved by email by the treasurer.
The club will of course review exceptional cases of hardship and decide if special arrangements need to be made so do talk to your captain or the treasurer (Surjit Sandhu) if you are having financial difficulties and we can see if a reasonable arrangement can be reached.
