Slough Hockey club's beloved and long standing friend and dedicated club member passed away in February after collapsing whilst on his travels to a Ladies 1s away hockey game. He had been at Addenbrooks Hospital in Cambridge since then and after his subsequent medical treatment, Colin had been put into an induced coma. Unfortunately he never recovered.

Colin has given us all at Slough Hockey and across the wider hockey world such dedicated service and fantastic friendship over some 40+ years. For whatever comfort it might bring, Colin died whilst doing what he loved the best - going to a hockey match or taking photos at a hockey match.

The club sends its sincere and heartfelt condolences to Colin's family and friends on this sad occasion.
