Leamington held on to their six point advantage at the top but had to wait until the 89th minute to secure a 1-0 home win over fourth from bottom Rothwell Town.

Meanwhile second in the table Nuneaton Town scored three in the final twenty-one minutes to record a 4-1 home win over Arlesey Town and third placed Atherstone Town overturned a half time deficit to win 2-1 at Stourport Swifts but Chasetown had to rely on a penalty ten minutes from time to secure a 1-0 win at third from bottom Dunstable Town. Sutton Coldfield Town's play-off chances took a set back with a 1-0 defeat at Marlow as Chesham United moved to within three points, with three games in hand, with a 3-1 win at Bedworth United and Bury Town just one point further behind after a 2-0 home win over neighbours AFC Sudbury. Leighton Town's play-off chances lessened with a 2-0 defeat at Romulus and Aylesbury United's hopes all but disappeared after a 1-0 home defeat by Barton Rovers. Second from bottom Woodford United enhanced their chances of avoiding relegation when they recovered from going a goal down after ten minutes to record a 2-1 win at Bromsgrove Rovers but Malvern Town's fate was almost sealed by a 4-2 defeat at Soham Town Rangers. :
