Soham Town Rangers' Darren Foxley is aiming to make the grade at Bournemouth after being handed a trial by the Premier League outfit.

Teenager Foxley is spending this week at Dean Court in a bid to earn a move to the Cherries.

The left-winger has played ten times for the Ryman League outfit this season, scoring one goal, since being picked up by them on his release from Dagenham & Redbridge's academy at the end of last season.
It comes after another former Soham youngster Connor Wood recently signed a deal with Premier League champions Leicester City.

Joint-manager Robbie Nightingale said he hoped Foxley would make the most of his opportunity to catch the eye of Bournemouth – despite it meaning he will miss their North Division home game with Wroxham tonight.
He said: "Darren has been outstanding for us, so good luck to him down there. We signed him in the summer and it's a good chance for him to try to earn something.
He has played every game since we signed him after leaving Dagenham, but he came through the West Ham academy and left there at 16.
He's an exceptionally talented player who we think highly of and we think he can take his game to another level."
