Margate’s Terry Brown, Needham Market’s Mark Morsley and Chipstead’s Steve Baker are all looking forward to being measured up for new suits

after winning the Ryman League’s inaugural Nicholas Rowe Tailoring Manager of the Month Awards.

August’s top managers will be fitted for bespoke suits after the Ryman League unveiled a unique new sponsorship agreement that will see the Surrey-based suit and menswear specialists kitting out the divisional winners of this season’s monthly accolades as well as the overall Nicholas Rowe Tailoring Managers of the Year.

Like all winners, the trio will be able to choose from three colours at the long established company’s 7000 sq ft Suit-City in Redhill and there is no restriction on the number of suits managers can win over the next nine months. Joint managers will have to win more than one award though with the monthly prizes restricted to one suit per winning club.

The managers will receive a framed certificate to mark their achievements and Ryman League Chairman Alan Turvey is looking forward to seeing them uniquely rewarded after announcing the deal on Wednesday.
He said: "The League is delighted to be associated with Nicholas Rowe Tailoring. They offer high quality clothing and we are looking forward to building our relationship with them and working with them on future opportunities. Managers are an important part of our league and this partnership offer us a unique way to reward them."

With more than five decades of experience behind him, Nicholas Rowe is looking forward to ensuring the Isthmian League’s managers are among the best dressed in football.
Rowe said: "We are delighted to be associated with the Ryman Football League in this unique venture which recognises the importance of managers and I'm looking forward to working with them in the future."

Margate’s Brown won the Ryman Premier’s first managerial award of the season after guiding his side to six wins and a draw from seven outings, the Gate bagging 19 goals in the process.

The Marketmen’s Morsley took the Ryman North’s accolade thanks to his side’s record of seven wins from seven and 17 goals. Ryman South winner Baker led his side to maximum points from their August outings too, Chipstead scoring 13 times in six wins from six.
