Soham Elite 2 v Aztecs U16 7 Youth Development Friendly - Thursday 24/02/11 Soham ended a week of intense half term activity with a performance described by Youth Development Manager Gavin Stevenson as unacceptable.
Whilst we had few lads missing and included five U15's from next years Elite squad, our defending and pressing as a team was woeful. The boys on duty Thursday should have been able to manage the task they were given. Some of the players will need to toughen up mentally if they wish to play U18 football next season
