Join Southampton's Ladies' Side!

The ladies side have been developing since 2007 and are always looking for new players, regardless of experience, whether you've played before and want to get back in the game or are a complete novice who fancies trying something new!

Rugby is one of the fastest growing sports for women, it is an excellent team sport, great for fitness and there is a position for everyone, so come along and give it a try!

Our age range is 18-40, and we have varying levels of experience.

Under 18s are more than welcome to join us at training too.

Southampton Ladies are a sociable team with regular nights out, so you will make a real group of friends too! We have fun on AND off the pitch!
