As we are a few weeks into the new season now, I wanted to welcome new players/parents and returning players/parents to Southampton Saints Girls and Ladies Football Club and to just bring a few things to your attention.
1. Forms and Fees
Thank you to those players and parents who have returned payment (full or by Standing Order), as well as completed medical, publicity permission and adherence to Codes of Conduct forms. Unfortunately, if information or payment methods are not received by 1st October players will not be permitted to join in training or matches until the situation is resolved. Can I please ask that anyone who has not completed all of this information speaks to their Team Manager or contacts myself so that these formalities can be completed immediately. As an FA Charter Standard Club, we have to provide confirmation that this information is held for all players to our County FA by the end of September.

2. Training
I have today been advised by Fleming Park that the new facilities are completed and we will be able to resume training on the 4g surfaces with effect from Thursday 24th September. See the Club website for full information regarding acceptable footwear on the 4G surface but please note that blades and metal studs are not permitted. Please check with your Manager if you are unsure. Players must also wear shin pads at all times and should remove jewellery and metal hairgrips.
