Glenn Tyreman took time to check out the progress of former Spitfires centre Andy Hoggin's who signed professional forms along with fellow Spitfires product Oliver Johnson at Oxford RL two years ago.

Hoggin's was playing at centre on Saturday and Tyreman was on hand to witness his excellent try in the first half.

Hoggin's had to leave the field after picking up a calf injury late on in the game but still secured the Man of the Match Award before going off.

Southampton Spitfires sponsored Andrew this season and will continue to follow his progresses in the professional game.
