Another Win for Milford
South Milford CC close 2011 with another victory
With great pleasure I can tell you that SMCC finished 2011 with another stunning victory.
The quiz team made up from the club won the Thack's Christmas themed quiz on the night of our Pre-Christmas get together. Somehow they managed a mighty 23 correct festive answers out of the 30 questions to take the title.
Just goes to show we have brains as well as beauty. Though looking at the team is just as well.....
Questions like how did King Wenceslas die ? been an example (he was murdered by his brother) and alphabetically which is the last of Santa's reindeer (Vixen) were successfully answered.
We had the Junior Chairman for the classics, the Scorer for Pop Culture, both 1st Team Captains for moral support and Stu Morley for handwriting & spelling.
So many congratulations to them and lets keep this winning feeling going into this forthcoming season.
