Awards Dinner

Once again a start studded evening was the setting for the club to award the honors to our members this year.

In a glittering ceremony the top award of SMCC Clubman of the year went to Samual Thomas.

Huw Oeppen 1 off 28 balls home against Headingly A, a strike rate of just 3.57.

Special mention must go to Alex Ward who not only won the club Swan Trophy for batting this year but a week earlier picked up two awards at the Wetherby Cricket League dinner. The award for the best junior of the year, the Bill Leaf Trophy, and also the award for the best junior playing in senior cricket.
