Cup Triumph

South Milford 2nd Team, captained by Sam Thomas, defeated Bilton in Ainsty A by 7 wickets to win the Wetherby Cricket League Reserve Evening Cup.

Bilton batted first and posted 123 in 20 overs but Milford reached that total with 10 balls to spare.

Martin Bramley top scored with an unbeaten 67 but it was veteran bowler John Cain who walked away with the Man of the Match award with a 4 over spell which netted 4 for 11 and changed the course of the match.
