Important Information to read.
Please be aware that the club is responsible for comments and statements made on websites and social network sites.
Abuse of officials through such media can result in fines being imposed both monetary and by points deduction. If we want to avoid such action then please ensure that this is not something that happens within our club.
Under RFU Regulation 5.12 the club or the individual could also be brought in front of Disciplinary for bringing the game into disrepute.
In addition the club expect members not to publish defamatory or insulting and offensive or harassing material and/or knowingly false information about club members. members of other clubs, NLD/RFU officials or anybody associated with Southwell RUFC and the clubs wider social network. This includes revealing confidential or personal information, abusive comments, publishing any copyrighted material or undertaking any activities that waste club officials time or disrupt the social networks used by the club.
Any breech is unacceptable behaviour and will be dealt with by the clubs discipline committee and may be referred to the NLD or RFU for further action
