Hiring the clubhouse
Our clubhouse, the splendid new "William Godell Pavilion' on Southwold Common, is now available for hire. The excellent club room (170sqm), with views over the common & Sole Bay, is suitable for a range of activities including business meetings, seminars, weddings, birthdays, dinners, receptions as well as keep-fit, dance and yoga classes.
The clubhouse has all the amenities you would expect from a quality function suite. Bar & catering facilities are also available and there is more than ample parking. All this for a very reasonable hire charge.
Indicative rates for hiring the clubhouse are from £25 per hour, from £10 per hour for bar staff and £50 for use of kitchen. If you are planning a wedding and need access all weekend please allow a £500 hire fee.
