In order to progress to Level One coaching you will need to first have taken the RFU's Rugby Ready course which is a simple half day overview. We also strongly recommend you take the Tag Rugby course. The club will reimburse any fees for these courses.

Our wonderful club has benefitted from numerous generous benefactors in the past, to which we are all very appreciative. Their generousity has helped us kit out the squads as well as fund equipments and facilities. We are now offering new sponsorship packages to also help us fund our player and coach development plans and to improve our training and playing facilities. Our membership numbers and profile are now such that we are able to offer sponsors real commercial benefits in terms of raising their regional profile and benefit from the association with both Southwold as a place and the unique values which are ingrained in the game of rugby.
