Springfields Over 30's
As a relatively young club, we struggle to find many Ladies over the age of 35yrs (standard for veterans) but the older ones amongst us fancied an excuse for a social so when Lytham HC offered us an over 30's friendly...we couldn't resist.
We're still learning....but no specific training!
