Following a Pitch Inspection carried out by a local referee at 10am this morning, today's home game against Litherland Remyca has been postponed.

It will come as no surprise to locals that today's game is off after cold spells all through the week in Blackpool.

Despite temperatures rising throughout the week the pitch is still too hard to even push a stud into and with the safety of the players our first priority the decision was made to call the game off.

Gate's next game is at The Brian Addison Stadium again next Saturday when we host Silsden FC in a rearranged game. Admission is £6 for Adults, £3 for Concessions and free for Under 12's.
