Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting
of Stafford RUFC Ltd.

The meeting will be held on Thursday 24th April, 2014
commencing at 8:30pm.

The meeting will be held at Stafford RUFC, Castlefields, Newport Road, Stafford ST16 9BG.

All associated with Stafford RUFC are welcome to attend. However only those who have paid their full subscriptions for Playing, VP and Non Playing Membership, along with Honorary Life Members and Life Members will be allowed to vote.

Anyone who has not subscribed to one of the above categories who wishes to vote must pay their full membership to Barry Dean, Membership Secretary, before 9:00pm on Wednesday 23rd April 2014.
