Lammas well beaten in Derby day clash.

Manager Gavin Bamford yet again had to pick a different starting 11, due to players being away and unavailable, this season not once have we started with the same 11 which makes things difficult for the Gaffer.

On Saturday we were well beaten, however it could of been a different matter, the Lammas had some good early chances but could not convert them, Bedfont & Feltham were the best side we had played at Short Lane so far this season and they scored there first goal after a good save from the inform Liam Stone.

Half time 0-1

In the second half Bedfont & Feltham scored early doors and never looked like conceding after that, Bedfont & Feltham scored a penalty midway through the half and killed the game off.

Unfortunately today the fitness levels of the Lammas side were not where they needed to be, especially against a good solid organised side like Bedfont & Feltham, with only six points out of a possible 24 points promotion is looking like a very big ask, manager Gavin Bamford is looking to bring in some new additions to the squad, Joe Johnson has signed from Hanworth Villa and George Pearce has resigned, plus a possible three new signings is on the cards.

Final score Staines Lammas 0-3 Bedfont & Feltham.
