New IRB Law Amendments 2012/13 Season
The following Law amendments have been approved for global trial by the IRB Council. Implementation dates are September 1st 2012.
There are new Law amendments coming in this season from 1st September. They will affect the game in some minor, but important ways, which should allow for a faster breakdown area amongst other changes.
