STA3 - The Mighty Threes

Words never to be taken lightly.
I shall be getting down to training tomorrow and seeing if the old plates of meat will hold up - months after the Player's Supper Fun.
I would like to extend the invitation to you players who now fall under my protection to join me at said training.
Young OR Old, there is no escape.
If it is within ourselves to do the full training session then fair enough, we'll do the full training session.
If not, we are old enough to sort something less relenting for a training session, but what I DO want is Continuity.
We know what we have to do to win games, so let's get that nailed.
