Gresley visit Stamford on Monday night as the Daniels look to bounce back into the playoff places having been replaced by Leek following Saturday's defeat at Romulus.
The visitors come into the game on the back of the news that manager Damion Beckford-Quailey has stepped down with the majority of the current first team squad making the decision that they won’t play in the remaining games of the season according to a club statement released by Gresley. Their last five games has seen them win two, draw two and lose one against come tough opposition. The loss was in their last fixture as Frickley won 6-1. Before this they had beaten Leek and Carlton and drawn with Loughborough and Cleethorpes.
Stamford come into the game on the back of three draws and a loss, with draws against Corby, Spalding and Loughborough with the defeat coming against Romulus. This forms sees the Daniels needing a win to get back into the playoffs with this their game in hand over Leek.
