NEW - Youth Membership Form 2015 -16

As the new season looms on the horizon, the Youth Committee have met and finalised the application form for all Youth Players.

In an attempt to streamline processes on home match days, both for the Team Managers, the Club staff behind the bar and for the kitchen staff, home match fees have been abolished.

Match fees were a minimum of £25 per player per year and sometimes significantly more, in doing away with them, we are able to free up time for our hard pressed team managers to watch their own children play rugby, allow the bar staff to serve drinks in the bar and the kitchen team to make long term plans and budget effectively for the meals provided to each player.

Please see the form attached as well as a reminder about the now mandatory mouth guard policy. Both of these can be downloaded and in the case of the application form, should be filled out ready to hand to your Team Manager on registration Sunday, 30th August.

You will see that the new membership fee is just £70 which represents a discount on the fees paid last year and will be even larger savings for those will more than one child. We have been able to do this with the help of the Club Treasurer, who has juggled the Youth budget to allow for the influx of funds at the start of the season and thus able to offer a saving on last years fees.
