Unfortunately due to a huge number of cry offs we had to cancel the thirds fixture for the second week running. The hard fought for 10 points have now diminished to zero. Something good out of this week though. Of the 20 players that turned out for the seconds game against Avon II's, 15 players were regular 3rd team players. Everyone gave a good account of themselves for what I thought was one of the most entertaining and enjoyable games of the season. The New Year starts with the 2nds away to Keynsham and 3rds away to Bath Old Edwardians. Ensure you can make it and drag a few players with you. Please ensure you let your captain know if you are going to be late or are unavailable.
