Our Y8 and Y10 B teams both performed well in the Wigan Warriors B Team festivals.
Year 10 finished 3rd in a group of 4, although 2 of the schools entered very strong sides which could not really be classified as B teams. We beat Cansfield and lost narrowly to St Peter's and eventual champions Byrchall.
Year 8 played 4 matches, winning 2 and drawing 1. We were beaten into second place by St Peter's.
Many of the players in the B teams will have the opportunity to push for places in the first choice teams next season.
