Second new signing for the Barrowmen

The pacy and versatile Shug'aa had a desire to return to Steyning from the Division I side in recent weeks. Having been a regular scorer for Steyning last season, and again for Crawley Down Gatwick, Shug'aas hard running and sometimes abrasive style, as well as his versatility will again add something extra to the Steyning town squad.
