Giants Announce February Holiday Rugby Camps at The Zone
The ever-successful Huddersfield Giants Camps are back for February half term
The Rugby Camp takes place on Wednesday 15th February and is a full-day event at the Zone (Huddersfield HD1 6PT) that give young people aged 6 – 13 years the opportunity to receive high quality rugby league coaching. Taking place on the 3rd generation synthetic pitches inside the zone means that whatever the weather everyone can stay dry and warm whilst improving their rugby skills.
Starting at 9am all rugby camp attendees will have an exclusive warm up hour on the biggest play structure in Yorkshire. Throughout the day the rugby sessions will continuously work on technique, skills and mini games but with lots of emphasis on fun with boys and girls your own age.
At the end of each camp all children and young people will be presented with a Certificate and Community Goodies. In addition to being coached by the Giants in the Community Development Team, attendees will also have the opportunity to meet first team players*, and meet everyone's favourite mascot, Big G.
NEW FOR FEBRUARY Attendees at the camp will be given the opportunity to learn the ‘Haka’ with Robbie Hunter-Paul
