Huddersfield Giants are delighted to invite you and your U8s Junior Rugby League team to the first Huddersfield Giants home game of the 2012 Super League Season at the Galpharm Stadium. We would like your team to take part in a mini match prior to the Huddersfield Giants clash with Widnes Vikings on Sunday 12th February 2012 kick off 3pm.

Schedule of Events
1pm Suggested arrival time if Big G vouchers need transferring for match tickets at the Ticket Office.
1.15pm All players, coaches, friends and family meet at the Main Reception, Direct Golf Stand, Galpharm Stadium.
1.15pm Greeted by Giants in the Community Development Team
1.20pm Distribution of 15 players and 2 coaches match day tickets
1.30pm Explanation of the schedule
1.45pm Turnstiles open for players, coaches, family and friends.
2pm All games kick off
2.22pm Final Whistle
2.25pm All players, coaches, family and friends to be seated in their seating area
3.40pm All teams invited to a half time parade starting at the Britannia/Fantastic Media Stand corner lead by Giants in the Community Development Team.

Please come dressed in your rugby kit with additional warm clothing as no changing facilities will be provided. Where possible please bring rugby boots, gum shield and a water bottle.
Your team will be allocated 15 free tickets for players.
Supporters of your team who wish to come along to the game can purchase tickets at an exclusive discount rate. These will be priced at the special rate of £10 adults and free for additional children up to the age of 16 years. Big G vouchers will be available from Team Managers. These can be exchanged at the ticket office for match tickets. If unable to visit the ticket office in the days leading up to the game this can be done on the day of the curtain raiser from 1pm. Alternatively you can secure your £10 adult tickets and free children up to 16 years tickets by visiting www.giantsrl.com and completing the Big G voucher online……
