Membership of the Sports & Social Club is a mandatory requirement for all playing members of the Sports clubs, and all those who use the facilities on a regular basis. The form is self explanatory, and when complete the relevant payment must be passed over to the Club Secretary (Richard Palette) or via the person who originally passed the form to you.

MHRML Rules 2011/12
STANDARD CODE OF RULES FOR YOUTH COMPETITIONS 2011-12 SEASON This document contains the Standard Code of Rules developed by The Football Association and additions, for Youth Competitions. The MHRML has added to the core of the Standard Code, (which is mandatory) This Standard Code of Rules is mandatory for all sanctioned Youth Competitions as from Season 2003-2004. Competitions seeking sanction must draft their Rules in conformity with the code putting them in the correctly numbered Rule and showing the standard heading.
Match Based Discipline
This handbook covers Disciplinary Procedures for teams dealt with by County Associations under Match Based and Time Based Discipline Regulations. From the start of 2011/2012 season all open aged football will receive Match Based suspensions i.e. Saturday, Sunday, Midweek and Veterans. All Discipline in Youth and Small Sided football will remain time based.
