POSTPONED!...Snowman Building Competition
Sorry. The Snowman Competition has had to be POSTPONED! :-( But the Clubhouse Bar WILL be open, and the Man U and Spurs games showing
The report from ground this morning is that THE SNOW IS TOO COLD TO MAKE SNOWMEN!
At minus 10 degrees, it has made the snow too icy and therefore too hard. Snowballs could end up as iceballs!
The pipework in the snack bar, and even the water in the Water Heater insdie is frozen solid, as is the tap just outside.
In these circumstances we have decided it makes sense to postpone the Snowman building competition, and look to see if we can do it next Saturday.
HOWEVER - the Clubhouse will still be opening up, and the Man U and Spurs games will be showing as planned.
