TOUR ITINERARY

Friday 1st May – Arrive at your leisure. 7.30 to 8pm - Meet on H Block field for drinks – weather permitting (bring your own drinks and something to sit on). If raining meet in clubhouse.

Saturday 2nd May

8.30am – bacon rolls, coffee/tea/squash will be served in Clubhouse.

9.15am – meet outside clubhouse to get coach to Devonport Services RFC. Coach will leave at 9.30am prompt. Kick off for game is 11.30am. The lads will be fed after the game and the bar opens at 11.00am for adults. Food is available at a cost.

2.45pm - meet at rugby club car park for coach which will leave at 3.00pm prompt. Any late drifters will be left and have to make their own way back!

4.30pm – meet at Clubhouse for kangaroo court to begin promptly at 4.45pm. Any late arrivals will be in contempt of court and be severely punished by Judge Dawn.

6.30pm – barbecue will follow in the terraced area of the Clubhouse.

Sunday 3rd May – COMPULSORY FANCY DRESS ALL DAY – PIRATE THEME.

10.00am - lads and dads meet on H field for laser clay pigeon shooting (no charge). Funded by age group funds. Rolls provided for those who have paid.

11.00am – Ladies meet at clubhouse/terrace for cream teas.

1.00pm – meet in H field for walk to Brixham. Pirate festival is on in Brixham town.

6.30pm – Compulsory for lads (dads and siblings can also go in). Meet at pool for team water polo.

Evening – meet in Clubhouse for a drink.

Monday 4th May – free day. Caravans need to be vacated by 10am.
