Well done on your efforts in 2015. Lets make 2016 even better. We have been to the flags festival finals before, but never ended with the silverware. We are capable of going all the way, but it will not be easy. Lets be determined and committed. Practice & fitness will make the difference. Think about what you can do to improve your contribution to the team. Work on your individual fitness, it makes a massive difference to your performance. Turn up to all training sessions if at all possible. Practice your stick skills at home. We will only be successful if the whole team are willing to go the extra mile.
