Forty plus folks at first training session
Mix of new and old (or should that be familiar?) faces.
Forty plus people blew out the summer's (what Summer?) cobwebs with a fair bit of endurance running,some ball work and a little bit of contact on the bags at the end.
As to be expected ,some squad members are away on holiday but it was still a good turnout for a first session.
