Frozen pitches again mean no rugby at Station Road Saturday 11th Feb
Looks like watching the Internationals again!
Your team of inspectors this week consisted of Club Chairman Len Small, 1st Team manager Keith Bell ( armed with a prod) Head Groundsman Dave Geldart & Fixture Secretary Terry Wilson.
The 1st team pitch was 50 % frozen and the 2nds pitch in the top 22 and bottom end frozen. Forecast was not for the temperatures to rise even by noon so we had to take a pragmatic decision.
