Stoke got their recruitment drive up and running this morning as young talent Miles Fletcher put pen to paper on a 1 year deal. Miles is the latest on a long list of former Broadstreet youth products that have made their way down Binley Road to sign with Stoke in recent years.

After signing on the dotted line under the watchful eye of First Team Captain elect Michael Tyrrell, Miles expressed his excitement at joining the club and his anticipation for the coming season, “I haven’t played consistently for about a year now so absolutely desperate to get started, I’m looking forward to giving Sam a run for his money and helping the team compete for the league this year”.

Miles is hopefully the first of this season’s signings as Stoke look to add to their strength in depth for the upcoming season. The start of what is sure to be a gruelling preseason is just a few weeks away and preparations for what we hope will be another successful season on and off the pitch are already underway.
