Personally it could have been any of the last 18-20 years because yet again the ever young silver haired scrum half (locally known as the Silver Shadow Assassin Side Step Burst of Speed never known to give away a penalty Borg Meister) has got hold of his opposite number.
Must be a case of mistaken identity - I have never known a Borgman to move so fast as that scrum half does on the video.
Borgman move at top speed only when then bar is in clear sight!!!
I reckon 2005. That was when Rich was relatively young enough to move at that speed!!!!!
