Stand By Go Military Fitness sessions have begun this week at the club.
The sessions incorporate all aspects of military fitness and are run by ex-military.
Running Wednesdays and Fridays from 7pm 'til 8pm, outside on the Training Pitch, this is a great for those seeking to get fitter, lose weight or challenge themselves during the winter months!
All members/non-members are welcome and members are entitled to a discount!
