Neil's Fitness class is starting back on wed at 1830 so hopefully it'll be a good turnout of folk wanting to get rid of that xmas fat or xbox fever and again it's not just for the kids anyone can come along join in no matter what age.

Secondly the Sharks training starts back on Wed night 1930 - 2030 Anyone interested in giving it a go you're more than welcome to come along and join in fun The Sharks just now is social rugby at it's best it's all about fun rather than the winning
