So with the Seaford , the Ladies opposition crying off their fixture on Friday evening it was left to Abduls army to play the only fixture of the day with the 3rd XV beating Mitcham 42-5. Its did not mean however that there wasn't plenty of activity at the club yesterday with the U15 girls training followed by the 1st and 2nd XV men's squads playing a training match against each other in preparation for next weeks League fixtures and then the Ladies running a full on training session themselves. Next week all 4 senior sides return to action with 3 men's League matches on Saturday followed by the Ladies travelling to Beckenham on Sunday
