Streatham-Croydon RFC has a NEW recruit!

Georgie Cook arrives at Streatham-Croydon, as Rugby Development Officer, to bolster the clubs coaching credentials.

Georgie's a level 2 accredited RFU coach, and arrives at Streatham-Croydon to implement and build a fully-fledged ladies program at the club.

Georgie, previously Head of Fitness and Nutrition for Lee Westwood Golf School, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the club, having most recently provided individual and group management to over 60 elite golfers in the last 2 years, assessing and developing tailor made fitness programs to improve player performance.

With a BSc Honours in Sports Science, as well as a Sport Rehabilitator for Harlequins Men’s first team, and most recently being Head Coach for Beccles RFC ladies U15s, U18s and senior teams alongside running her own personal fitness business, Georgie will bring a tailor made approach to getting the SC RFC Salamanders back up and running (and competitive) once again, and complementing the work being done by Chris Callaway and Chris McCarthy.

Georgie is an avid team player, and is currently first team Scrum Half for Thurrock RFC having played the game since the age of 5 will also assist Streatham-Croydon’s community schools program, helping to deliver rugby training through a number of local schools.
