MEMBERSHIP

There is a range of membership categories to choose from. Full details of each membership type and the member benefits it provides are detailed on the Membership Information Sheet 2014-15 which can be downloaded from this page. All members/prospective members should read this document before signing the Membership Application Form.

For the 2014 - 2015 season, the club has decided to hold the membership fees for both the Seniors and the Junior section.

Please print out and complete the Membership Application form in full (Block Capitals please), and return it with your subscription to: Roger Hughes, Membership Secretary, Stroud Rugby, Berryfields House, Bristol Road, Stonehouse, GL10 2BQ, or hand to an officer of the club.

Applicants are also asked to print out and complete the Gift Aid declaration – for past, present & future donations. As a registered Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC) we can reclaim up to £25 in tax for every £100 so your cooperation in returning these forms is really appreciated. The form should be returned with your application form to Roger Hughes at the above address, or hand to an officer of the club.

SENIOR PLAYING MEMBER BENEFITS

There has been an increase in Senior Playing is subscription this season but the price remains below that of local clubs at the equivalent level to Stroud. Benefits include:

  • No match fees;
  • Qualified coaching staff;
  • RFU Playing Insurance;
  • Floodlit pitch;
  • Floodlit training pitches;
  • Qualified match day physio;
  • Discounted membership of The Fifth Dimension gym;
  • Subsidised sports massage and rehabilitation @Stroud Sports Clinic Ltd;
  • After training meal;
  • Kit washing;
  • Free on-site car parking; and
  • Hire of club at preferential rates.

Our licence and insurance is all dependent on the club holding up to date membership lists. It is imperative that those who make use of the club facilities provided by the club are registered members.
