The Stig to join C2C
I'm pleased to announce that The Stig's mackem cousin is to join us on the C2C and to help organise training. But who is The Stig's cousin?
Some say he completed the C2C in quater of an hour and the W2W in twenty minutes.
Some say he has a more powerful engine than Nick Campbell and faster acceleration than Rocket.
Some say that he completed the Tour De France in one day and that he is the illegitimate offspring of Mark R Fife and a lady power ranger.
All we do know is that he is or was a Sunderland hockey player.
Send in your suggestions as to who he is with a reason and we'll set up an on-line poll.

My liaison with Kimberley ( The Pink Power Ranger ) was touchy feely no putty inny as we were concerned that what I am being accused of would actually happen and we felt the world of both hockey and indeed biking was not ready for the coming of the Great One ! Looks like a small person who usually has a whistle in his hand !

If he is that fast it can't be Fife - he never came quickly in(sorry TO) anything.
Reckon Bert is possible, as he works away a lot. Duncan Temple WAS fast but he never replies & Alan Pat is deaf down one side so wouldn't hear start gun in a race. Jim Gardner for me as did move very fast when he lost his haversack straps - also owned one of those souped up Citroen 2CVs.
