Surrey have worked hard over the qualification period and yesterday's semi final win to earn a place in the ECB U17 National 2 day County Championship
A close finish against Wales where two evenly match sides contested a hard fought match.
Our top order set up a good total and with good caching around the wicket out bowlers stuck to the task on a unresponsive surface.
It was a good win and the boys will look forward to playing Lancashire or Staffordshire in the final next week at Arundel Castle CC (28th and 29th August).
