Extraordinary General Meeting

The sole agenda item is to discuss the financial position of the club and the proposal that current Chairman Nick Thurston increases his lending to the club to enable the club to meet it’s liabilities.

It will be a condition of the additional investment by Nick Thurston that the club changes it’s constitution from being a members’ club to a company limited by guarantee.
