Tooth adds two after impressing in pre season.

Royals manager Neil Tooth has added Nathan Waite and George Smith to his squad for the upcoming season. Both players have impressed during pre season.

Forward Waite should be no stranger to Royals fans as the powerful frontman has an impressive record against the Royals. The former Chasetown, Tividale, Halesowen Town and Alvechurch forward has a good record of scoring goals.

Talented midfielder Smith is a product of the Birmingham City Fc Academy and lists Solihull Moors and Highgate Utd as his former clubs.

We caught up with Tooth who had the following to say on his new recruits, "Both lads have done really well during pre season and Im really happy they have signed. Nathan will be a big asset for us as he is very strong and brings others into games with his hold up play. For me he has lost a bit of his swagger over the last 18 months and iv told him I want him to settle down and get that back as when he is at the top of his game he is a real threat. George has been a breath of fresh air the lad just wants to play and he has stood out during our games so far as a huge talent. You can tell he has had a good coaching background at a pro club and his range of passing is top class."

Asked if these would be the final two Tooth said, "Two more maximum then that's us done and ready."

From all at the club welcome to the Royals.
